Examination results appeals

Students have the right to access their answer sheets. To do so, they need to submit a request to the Chairperson of the examination committee within 5 days of the written exam results being announced. Access is only possible for the given test that the student has taken, during the same exam session, and at the time and place specified by the Chairperson of the Examination Committee.
Requests should be sent to the Chairperson of the Examination Committee by email to the following address: certyfikaty@uw.edu.pl
