Information for external candidates

Persons who already have an account and want to re-register should request activation of their account by sending an email providing their first and last name and PESEL number to: jezyki.koordynator@uw.edu.pl

 

Persons interested in taking the State Certificate Exam in Polish Language should apply to the Polish Language and Culture Centre – POLONICUM: CENTRUM JĘZYKA POLSKIEGO I KULTURY POLSKIEJ POLONICUM

 

To set up the account necessary for registration, you must:

• go to CREATE AN ACCOUNT on the website https://irk.oferta.uw.edu.pl/home and fill in all the required fields
• then e-mail: jezyki.koordynator@uw.edu.pl stating the following:
  • selected language course, exam level
  • first and last name and PESEL number – WITHOUT THIS REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE
• wait for a confirmation e-mail, which will include your personalized bank account number

To register for a language exam, you should:

• log onto token registration webpage with the IRK password
• choose the section LIST OF REGISTRATIONS and then go to EGZC-year & exam session, e.g., EGZC-2023Z (clicking on shopping cart will register you)

 

The cost of the examination for persons from outside the University of Warsaw is 450 PLN (which includes the exam fee plus a Polish version of the certificate)
