How to register for the exams

1. Students are responsible for registering themselves for the exam within the registration period at (http://rejestracja.usos.uw.edu.pl/).
2. During the registration period, students can cancel their registration by themselves.
3. Cancelling one’s registration after the close of the registration period is only possible for reasons beyond the control of the student (e.g., because of illness or a clash with a specialization exam) and subject to being supported by documentary evidence.
4. To cancel one’s registration after the close of the registration period, applicants should email a scan of a signed request together with the necessary attachments to the Chairperson of the Coordination Council at (certyfikaty@uw.edu.pl).
5. Students who successfully cancel their exam registration, will have their EGZ exam token returned to their student account.
6. Students who would like to take two language exams within the same exam session, should register for one by themselves and then email the Coordinator of Foreign Language Teaching requesting that they be registered for the second exam. The USOS system does not allow students to register themselves for two exams in the same exam session.
7. Registered students who fail to take the exam, will lose their exam tokens. The field next to their name in the USOS examination report will remain blank.
8. It is not possible to take the same language exam at two different levels during a single exam session.
