Failure to attend the written exam

If you were unable to attend the written exam for reasons beyond your control, you must within 7 days of the examination date provide written evidence justifying your absence (in the form of e.g., a medical certificate, written confirmation from the train manager regarding the delay of your train).  Your application for deregistration and request for the return of your exam token should be sent together with a copy of the written evidence to jezyki.koordynator@uw.edu.pl.  If your application is accepted, you will be deregistered and your exam token will be returned to your student account.
