Failure to attend the written exam

If you were unable to attend the written exam for reasons beyond your control, you must within 7 days of the examination date provide written evidence justifying your absence (in the form of e.g., a written confirmation from the train manager regarding the delay of your train).

In the event of absence due to illness, a medical certificate justifying the absence should be submitted within seven working days from the date of termination of the leave indicated therein.

Your application for deregistration and request for the return of your exam token should be sent together with a copy of the written evidence to jezyki.koordynator@uw.edu.pl.  If your application is accepted, you will be deregistered and your exam token will be returned to your student account.
